• Trước tiên là biểu đồ không hề có xu hướng thời gian nên nếu dùng các từ chỉ sự tăng trưởng như increase… sẽ sai. Bố cục có thể viết như sau
  • Overall: 
    • Small and medium businesses (0-25 employees & 26-200 employees) put more emphasis on increasing leads and gaining customers   >> IELTS  TUTOR  hướng  dẫn  Cách dùng động từ "focus" tiếng anh
    • Large companies with 201 or more employees fairly distributed their priorities on lead generation, customer acquisition, increasing income and providing ROI to marketing. 
  • Body 1: Viết về “converting contacts/leads to customers” & “increasing number of contacts/leads”
    • Ở cả 3 kiểu doanh nghiệp, “converting contacts/leads to customers” & “increasing number of contacts/leads” là lớn nhất 
      • Small US business companies with less than 25 employees put equal emphasis on converting contacts to leads and increasing leads (71%) 
      • Medium companies, having employees 26 - 200, put the highest emphasis (79%) on increasing leads. Their second priority was converting contacts to customers, 73% priority.   >> IELTS  TUTOR  hướng  dẫn  Phân biệt INCREASE động từ & INCREASE danh từ
  • Body 2: Viết về các tiêu chí còn lại 
    • Small businesses (số liệu)

    • 30% priority was set by large organisations (more than 201 employees) to reduce this cost and they set the target to earn profit from existing customers (…%)
• Bài này nếu chia theo loại hình doanh nghiệp ví dụ Body 1: 0-25 employees & 26-200 employees, body 2: 201 or more employees cũng được khi đó Body 2 có thể viết:
