In 1980, Seaville was relatively undeveloped. The East Bank remained untouched, featuring only natural landscapes. For recreation, visitors could enjoy the beach or visit a tea room, while accommodations were limited to cottages and a small hotel. The area east of the cottages was marshland, and a woodland occupied the northern part of the village.
By 2010, Seaville had undergone substantial development. New infrastructure provided access to the East Bank, where a high-rise hotel and holiday cottages were built to cater to tourists. The original hotel was preserved, while retirement villages emerged west of the main road. The marsh was drained, and cottages were replaced with houses. Additionally, the woodland was cleared and replaced by a golf course.
