Many children, treated as though the television were a babysitter, spend hours in front of screens from morning until night, leading to a sedentary lifestyle and potential health issues.

In conclusion, while television offers some educational and linguistic benefits, the risks of exposure to harmful content and reduced physical activity make it largely detrimental to children.
