- Với dạng discuss both views, nếu theo quan điểm ủng hộ quan điểm số 2 "countries should have their own law" có thể tham khảo bố cục như sau:
- Body 1: viết về quan điểm 1 vì sao có người ủng hộ "it is better for one single legal system throughout the world"
- Main idea 1: tránh được các trường hợp không hiểu luật khi đến một quốc gia mới (fail to understand the laws of foreign countries) A single legal system could ensure consistent application of laws and regulations across all countries, promoting fairness and reducing disparities in justice.
- Supporting idea 1:

- This can lead to unintended violations of local laws due to a lack of understanding.
- A uniform legal framework would alleviate this burden by providing a single set of rules that apply everywhere, facilitating better compliance and reducing inadvertent transgressions.
- Example 1: The European Union (EU) has implemented a uniform legal framework for data protection, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This regulation applies to all businesses that process the personal data of EU citizens, regardless of where the business is located.
- Supporting idea 1:
- Main idea 2: tránh việc hiểu nhầm khi giao thương buôn bán (tránh bị lừa khi không nắm luật khi làm ăn với nước khác) (be cheated due to lack of legal knowledge) A universal legal framework could simplify international trade by harmonizing commercial laws and regulations, reducing confusion and barriers.

- Main idea 1: From a societal perspective (xét về mặt xã hội), mỗi nước nên có 1 luật vì mỗi nước có tôn giáo cũng như văn hoá khác nhau, không thể áp dụng luật Mỹ hay Phương Tây vào tất cả các nước (each nation has its own religion and culture) Different countries have unique cultural, historical, and societal contexts that shape their legal systems.
- Supporting idea 1: Allowing each country to have its own laws respects and preserves cultural diversity.
- Example 1: Singapore đa sắc tộc không thể áp dụng luật Mỹ vào thì người Trung Quốc hoặc Malay sẽ có ý kiến vì ảnh hưởng văn hoá của họ
- Main idea 2: From a economical point of view (xét về kinh tế), mỗi nước có điều kiện kinh tế khác nhau nên không áp chung 1 luật được (economic conditions are different) >> IELTS TUTOR hướng dẫn Từ vựng topic Economy IELTS Economic conditions vary significantly across the globe, and this diversity necessitates countries having the flexibility to formulate and implement their own laws that are attuned to their specific economic circumstances.
- Supporting idea 2: A single legal system, incapable of adapting to local nuances, could inadvertently stifle economic potential by failing to accommodate unique economic strengths and vulnerabilities. >> IELTS TUTOR có hướng dẫn kĩ SỬA BÀI IELTS WRITING TASK 2 ĐỀ THI THẬT NGÀY 22/8/2020 của HS IELTS TUTOR đạt 6.5 Writing
- Example 2:
- Ví dụ nếu có luật chích vaccin hết các mũi cho toàn dân, các nước Châu Phi kinh tế yếu sẽ không đáp ứng được
- For instance, a country with a burgeoning agricultural sector might require laws that incentivize agrarian innovation, while a nation heavily invested in technological research may benefit from legal provisions that protect intellectual property rights.

IELTS TUTOR gợi ý bài tham khảo:
In this day and age, more and more contemporary attention has been placed on whether it is better to have a single legal system throughout the world or for each country to have its own laws. I agree with the latter view
On the one hand, those who believe that all countries around the world ought not to follow the same laws may argue that a uniform legal system might not be appropriate for the cultural traditions of certain countries. Indeed, the norms, perceptions, and lifestyles of each country are divergent; as a result, it is probable that enforcing similar policies might be suitable for some regions but not practical for the inhabitants and society of others. For instance, stringent laws on ultra-processed food might be practical in Vietnam but ineffective and impractical in the US due to American culture and habits developed over time. Another example is that forbidding the use of cigarettes might be useful in the Netherlands; however, in China, this product is still widely used due to the perception that it could stimulate imaginative thinking, a belief that has persisted for the past 100 years.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR
On the other hand, others, myself included, contend that countries should retain their own legal systems to reflect their unique cultural, historical, and social contexts. Firstly, national laws are often tailored to address specific local issues and values, which may not be adequately captured by a universal legal code. For instance, legal practices and traditions vary significantly between countries, and a one-size-fits-all approach could undermine cultural identities and autonomy. Moreover, the imposition of a global legal system could lead to power imbalances, with dominant nations exerting undue influence over the legal standards and practices of smaller or developing countries. For instance, if a global legal system were primarily shaped by the legal traditions and values of powerful countries like the United States or China, it could marginalize the legal perspectives and needs of smaller nations.
In conclusion, while the idea of a single global legal system might seem appealing for its potential to unify and streamline legal practices worldwide, I do believe that it is ultimately more practical and respectful for each country to maintain its own legal framework.
