      • Supporting idea: They have space for gardens, porches, swimming pools and garages, which provide for a more comfortable living. 
      • Example: 
    • Body 2: Nêu lí do thứ 2 vì sao advantages>disadvantages
      • Main idea: a house owner enjoys certain freedoms that an apartment dweller cannot have
      • Supporting idea: Unlike a flat owner, a landlord can build a house the way he prefers and renovates whenever he wants
      • Example: For instance, a landlord can convert the open space into a garden or arrange barbeque parties there while a flat owner does not have these freedoms
  • Cách 2: Theo hướng Partly (partly - CHỈ RIÊNG với dạng OUTWEIGH này thì nếu target 7.0 có thể viết còn các dạng khác không nên viết partly nhé) 
    • Intro câu 2, advantages = disadvantages (this trend could have positive and negative consequences in equal measures)
    • Body 1: On the one hand, viết về advantages (living in a house)
      • Main idea 1: houses have larger area than apartments
        • Supporting idea: They have space for gardens, porches, swimming pools and garages, which provide for a more comfortable living. 
        • Example: 
      • Main idea 2: a house owner enjoys certain freedoms that an apartment dweller cannot have
        • Supporting idea: Unlike a flat owner, a landlord can build a house the way he prefers and renovates whenever he wants

      • Main idea 2: the apartment usually comes with added values, such as security, power back-up, fire safety mechanism and water system.
        • Supporting idea: The developers provide these amenities, whereas the house owners need extra effort to set up these services
        • Example:
