On the other hand, it is true that one of the primary criticisms of single-sex education is its potential to limit social interaction and diversity. In fact, exposure to peers of different genders fosters essential social skills, empathy, and understanding, which are critical for navigating interpersonal relationships in adulthood. Mixed schools provide opportunities for boys and girls to collaborate, communicate, and learn from each other's perspectives, preparing them for the complexities of the real world where gender integration is the norm. A study published in the Journal of School Psychology found that students from single-sex schools reported higher levels of anxiety in mixed-gender social situations compared to students from co-educational schools

In conclusion, I am of the opinion that both single-sex and mixed schools provide distinct benefits and accommodate various learning preferences.
