    • Main idea 1: The habit of throwing away used products after a short-period usage can mislead younger generation especially children to develop a habit of wasting.
      • Supporting idea: 
        • Young people tend to ignore the reason why adults throw away things used for a short time, but blindly imitate the behavior to conduct overconsumption, such as buying new clothes and throwing away those whom merely once.

      • Example: Many teens are being burdened with thousands of dollars in credit card debt for their unnecessary purchases, which could lead to depression and anxiety.

        • The rising number of thrown-away products directly ends in surge of wastes, including both degradable and non-degradable ones.
        • Due to excessive production of disposable goods, huge amounts of hazardous waste are being discharged into the environment, which directly contaminates soil and water.
