    • Main idea 2: Another reason among all contributing factors might be superstition, especially in East Asia, and this stereotype has rooted in their culture.
      • Supporting idea: 
        • The older generations tend to believe that the previous owner of the house they will live in will exert some influence on the fortune of their own. 
        • That is, if the prior owner was a successful person, they are likely to succeed; on the contrary, if they died accidentally, their bad fortune is believed to pass on to the next accommodators  (IELTS TUTOR gợi ý cách diễn đạt khác: For some people, researching the history of the building could be an attempt to avoid staying in a haunted place or something like that. If the building has a haunted past, people can choose not to live in them)

        • With just a click of a button or tap of the screen, people could easily learn about the construction stage or major occurrences in the past. 
        • If any defections come across, this could affect their moving decision. 
      • Example: To illustrate, many buildings in some areas of Vietnam have a huge source of documents and online information associated with them and it is extremely useful if some people want to understand about the places that they are going to move in.
