    • Main idea: Just like the mother, the father may also experience a lot of stress and tension in the days prior to and immediately after the birth of their child.
      • Supporting idea: 
        • The paternity leave makes it easy for them to cope with this situation. 
        • If the husband is working at office when his wife is in labour, he is going to experience a great deal of stress due to his inability to support his wife during the delivery of their baby.  
        • His concentration on his work will reduce affecting quality.
        • This short leave entitlement will not only enable the fathers to be with wives during the delivery but also provide work-life balance so that the quality of work is not compromised.
      • Example: 
  • Body 2: Nêu lí do thứ 2 vì sao TOTALLY AGREE
    • Main idea: husbands can help their wives to take care of the baby
      • Supporting idea:
        • Childbirth can be excruciatingly painful for the woman and she desperately needs someone to help her in the days immediately after the delivery.
