        • Supporting idea: This method is seen acting slowly, but it does have long-lasting effects, and this is how many brands are created.
        • Example: For example, the exceptional taste of KFC not only makes it superior among its competitors but also makes it enjoy the monopoly in the field. Even if it advertises less or rarely gives promotional offers, the rate of customers who buys it would hike constantly.

To begin with, most companies attempt to increase sales through extensive advertising campaigns and attractive promotional schemes. However, in my view, the most effective and enduring method is delivering genuinely high-quality products accompanied by exceptional after-sales service (dịch vụ hậu mãi)*. Unlike short-term promotions, this approach builds long-term customer loyalty (sự trung thành của khách hàng)* and strengthens a company’s reputation in a competitive market. Although this strategy may appear slow at first, it produces consistently sustainable gains (lợi ích bền vững)*, as consumers naturally return to brands that offer reliable performance and responsive support. A good example is KFC: despite limited promotional campaigns, its distinctive flavour and dependable service have allowed it to maintain a dominant position in the fast-food industry.

In conclusion, while firms adopt various tactics to improve sales, prioritising quality and excellent customer service remains the most effective and sustainable strategy.
